what can be the cause of an irregular heart beat generally around bed time? i can feel my chest fluttering when i lie down for bed. its been going on for weeks now and i figured it was nothing because its only bed time but now im a tad concerned.

Palpitations. : Chest flutter. When you lay down at night your body distributes fluid from your legs back to your central part of your body.  This can cause increase strain on the heart and palpitations. Nocturnal asthma a possibility too.
