None: Usually a miscarriage is caused by a random genetic problem in the developing baby and there is nothing that could have been done to prevent it.  Most women who have had a miscarriage go on to have a successful pregnancy.  Recurrent miscarriages may warrant further work up that would be outlined by the physician.  Emotional support for both parents is important after the loss.

About 14 d after +LH: About 10 -14 days after ovulation, you can begin to check for HCG(pregnancy hormone) . The blood test will show it faster than the urine.

Bhcg : Home pregnancy test are extremely accurate but when there is a discrepancy with one positive and one negative test then a confirmatory blood test is required. Since you had a positive pregnancy test followed by bleeding prompt evaluation by an OB/GYN is warranted

had 1st c-sec 7 wks ago. i read online many women have miscarriages after their c-sections why does that happen  now i'm worried for future miscariges

Miscarriages happen: Many pregnancies miscarry (it's a normal part of life). Many women miscarry before their C-sections, and many women miscarry after their C-sections... which means miscarrying is not related to C-sections. If a woman has repeated miscarriages, her Ob-Gyn doctor can help find out if she has a disorder that makes her more likely than normal, to have miscarriages.

Unsure: Bleeding does not mean miscarriage. Many women bleed in earl;y pregnancy and then an ultrasound can let you know what is going on.

Possibly: Pregnancy hormone levels in a viable pregnancy double approx. every 48 hours. Two quantitative serum pregnancy tests 2 days apart would reveal if pregnancy  hormone levels are rising, and if so, whether they are adequately rising.

Infertility: Typically, testing is not indicated before three consecutive miscarriages. But, given your age and repeated miscarriages, I suggest seeing an infertility specialist to get started in evaluation and work up.
