Multiple: Im assuming missed as in long period interval.  Ovulation dysfunction primarily falls into two categories: pcos and hypothalamic ovulation dysfunction.  Pcos is Insulin mediated increases in ovarian androgens (male hormones) and hypothalamic is physiologically stress induced (exercise, underweight, starvation or low cal diets etc).  When you add the stress of fertility treatment=missed ovulation.

Maybe nothing: Many people who miss doses of Celexa (citalopram) may experience mild withdrawal symptoms. They may even describe "shock-like" symptoms, dizziness, or other unpleasant effects. The best treatment for these is to restart the medication as soon as possible. If you are intending to stop celexa, (citalopram) do it by gradually tapering off the medication over a period of weeks. Sudden stopping may cause undesireable effects.

Useful to confirm hsv where history is questionable. Disadvantages - antibodies form within weeks of primary infection, does not differentiate acute infection from prior infection.
