Typically : Typically allergic reactions are immediate, a delayed hypersensitivity (allergy) reaction usually occurs 3 - 7 days after exposure; therefore the likelihood of you having an allergic reaction to Mirena is slim.  People who are allergic to levonorgestrel, or to any other progestins (norethindrone, desogestrel) should not use mirena. Also Mirena may contain inactive ingredients which can cause allergic reactions; however like i stated previously this would have occurred a lot sooner. 
Since you have seen many doctors and have not found a cause you may consider having the Mirena removed and monitor for improvement.

Dermatitis: Do you have nasal alergies and feel congested? Do you apply chaptix or other lipstick on your lips? The rings can be from skin dryness of contact allergy to a cosmetic product. Apply vaseline daily and no other products and if your nose if congested see an allergist to get it treated. You may be mouth breathing at night.

i want to know if i can take minerva on top of that?
main reason for wanting to use minerva is die to struggling tremendously with my skin. worried taking both is too much? thank you

Don't do it: Excessive hormone can cause bleeding and cramping: not a good idea at all.

i got my mirena taken out feb 19 started taking bc pill a week before that then i only took it a week after then stopped its been 3 weeks since i stopped been having pregnancy symptoms for about a week now negative test could i be pregnant?

See below: Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

i got a mirena inserted a week ago, im 20, every time i smoke weed i get mild cramps (sometimes sever but not often), i get some cramps when im sober as well, but its every time i smoke. im wondering why this happens and if i should be worried. ?

Usually this is : touted to help cramps.  Getting checked for infection and other possible reasons for cramping, with your doctor is advised.

Probably: Many GPs will have both the training &amp; experience to remove an IUD. A call to the office nurse may clarify if such procedures are part of the care offered. Some may defer this when it is not a practice common in the region.

IUD ?: Although this may be somewhat more painful for you if you have never had sexual intercourse, it can be done, but your gyn physician may advise against it if he/she is not comfortable with IUD insertion without a previous pregnancy.

Yes: The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud is very effective at pregnancy prevention.  However, only condoms protect against stds.  If stds are a concern to you, you should use condoms in addition to the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud.

Depends: Paraguard is hormone free.  Mirena (levonorgestrel) has a progersterone embedded on the iud.  Depending on your specific reason for the iud, your physicain will help you determine which is best for you.
