30 min 3X/week: Exercise is good for you, but in order to have a positive effect on yourself, the minimum is 30 minutes three times a week.  Certainly 7 days a week would be better.  There are published studies that have shown 30 minutes  three times a week will have a positive effect on both morbidity, (sickness) and mortality, (death).  This goes for cancer patients too.

Confusing: Fullness in the mastoid is a symptom, and using the term mastoid cells is a radiological diagnosis.  I am guessing that your doctor ordered mastoid x-rays and the radiologist identified minimal degree of fluid in the mastoid air cells.  The mastoid bone behind your ear only gets involved if you have a middle ear infection (hearing loss).  So we need more specific information on your complaint.

: By itself the wording means little. That is the location at the base of the abdomen/pelvis where fluid would accumulate due to gravity. It can  represent leftover fluid after ovulation breaks down the corpus luteum that released an egg. If there are symptoms the issue should be interpreted by the doc with all the relevant history and exam findings.
