Ulcer or gastritis: So, certain kinds of ulcers or gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) can cause these symptoms.  Try taking Prilosec or Nexium, (esomeprazole) and see your doctor for further evaluation.  Good luck!

Stomach pain: Several things can cause stomach pain when you eat. The most common ones are gastric ulcers, pancreatitis, bowel obstruction and more rarely ischemic bowel syndrome. Please see a local physician to be evaluated.  If pain is severe and associated with nausea, vomiting, you should seek medical care urgently.

Hungry stomach pain: May just be hunger pains , contractions of  stomach when haven't eaten for a while.  usually for ulcer have significant pain and even pain after eating. ,  on that spectrum is GERD with acid reflux. Could see if OTC ranitidine  or prevecid helps  f/u/ w/ doc

Stomach pain: Get your self checked for H. pylori stomach infection. You may have an ulcer.

3 years since gallbladder out now when i haven't eaten in a while and i'm hungry i get stomach pain bad then once i've eaten i get bad diarrhoea ?

Could be an ulcer: you could be having an ulcer that not related to your old gallbladder problem that diarrhea either related to high acid secretion associated with ulcer or still related to the bile dripping directly to you small intestine
avoid spicy and greasy food eat multiple small meals no greasy food avoid dairy product and see your doctor you might need scope
eat yogurt and banana might help with diarrhea

If your symptoms persist,see a gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate tests and treatment will be ordered. In the meantime try to see if specific foods bring on symptoms.

Can be: Gastritis can be the source of burning sensation and is typically treated with antacids or medications that coat your stomach, protecting it from the excess and erosive acids. Gallstones can be dangerous and cause blockages. Typically treated with surgical removal of your gallbladder. Okay to ask to see a surgeon. Take family with you. Be well.
