Listen to advice: Your oral surgeon sounds very wise, and his advice should be heeded, as you may have an issue at the base of the brain, prompting the episodes.  Perhaps see a neurologist first, and discuss appropriate studies, as there maybe some additional tests besides the MRI.

Immediate to late: Most often it is immediate to have an anaphylactic reaction sometimes it may take a few minutes. It all depends on how quickly the 'venom' or chemical mediators are released. The reaction itself could be mild or severe.

Anxiety Symptoms: It could be a symptom of anxiety.  However, you should consult with your physician first, so that you don't ignore a possible medical problem.  It's not a good idea to ignore a symptom by thinking it might be anxiety, especially if a person is hesitant to talk to a medical doctor.

last week i felt a lump under my right ribs on the side so neither in the abdomen nor in the back. it is slightly painful when i press it. and recently in the right back side i feel like mild electric shocks every now and then.

Lump: If the lump is just under the skin and is freely moveable, it may be a benign growth of fatty tissue(lipoma). The jabbing shocks are most likely irritable superficial nerves. A physician would have to examine the lump for diagnosis and advice.

Prob not Nexplanon: That is not a known risk of Nexplanon and it seems unlikely that it is related especially if it was a one time thing. If it continues schedule a follow up with a primary care doctor.

If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.
