Yes.: It depends of the amount of endometrial tissue growing outside the uterus and where it is growing.  Typically, it increases during menstruation as this is when the tissue sheds (it is the result of hormonal changes that result in your period).   Please discuss this with you gynecologist.

Pelvic pain: Might just be "too much of a good thing."  you may have developed some mild strain/sprain of your vaginal muscles form the 3 days of sex, especially if any of the sex was a little rough, etc.  Best wishes.

Pregnancy: You need to see your gynecologist and get a quantitative serum HCG to see how far along you really are, a urinalysis to rule out a urinary tract infection, and possibly an ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.

Watch, not worry: Starting workouts usually leads to aches and pains in joints and muscles that are overused. The good news is that the pain usually settles in a couple of weeks with consistent workout routine. If the pain persists of worsens, pl get yourself checked with your OB.

Possible but not: Probable the abortion should have nothing to do with your pain now, the only way to know for sure if u have endome. Is to do a laparoscopy or davinci robot.

Mild pain 18 ega: Very mild pain in the lower abdomen and pelvis can be normal at this dtage of pregnancy and is usually thought to be from stretching of the round ligaments around the uterus. Please do use caution if this is anything other than mild and occasional. Also let your health care provider know about this and any other symptoms.

Consider other cause: BCP are known to increase headaches in people with history of migraine, and ibuprofen and caffeine will help some, the best Rx is Imitrix or related med.  Pelvic pain is not a typical side effect of BCP, so it is important to get an evaluation for possible bladder or pelvic infection which can cause systemic symptoms of dizziness and headache.

i'm 39wks 5 days pregnant with on and off headache and backache for the last two days and now mild pelvic pain should i go to hospital?

I think so.: The backaches and pelvic pains are most likely just early contractions, but the headaches can be a sign of pre-eclampsia, which is a potentially dangerous condition, and at the hospital they can check to make sure your blood pressure is normal, or treat you if your blood pressure is high, and you are developing pre-eclampsia.
