You fainted: What you describe is a common event for some with blood drawing. They faint as the BP drops &amp; blood pools in your lower body. You recover, but you likely feel anxious about the event. I wouldn't waste time in worry as this is common &amp; does not mean anything terrible. Your anxiety is likely triggering stress hormones that trigger your appetite. It should pass in time.

Doesn't sound like: a brain tumor, but something is happening in your body that could cause all of these symptoms and could get worse.  You really do need to see a doctor and be examined. ? Viral Illness: Many types of viral illness have symptoms similar to what you are describing but so can a lot of other conditions. If symptoms last for much longer, you probably should plan on seeing a dr.

Sounds like: You may have some sinus inflammation and complicating eustachian tube dysfunction.  You may want to consider a trial of Neti Pot use (as in saline irrigation for the sinuses) and safe steam exposure to see if things will open up. Headache syndrome: Your symptoms are at least suggestive of chronic daily headaches. Although this is not a specific diagnosis it does indicate  that if your headaches are not due to some obvious secondary cause then, you will need a form of preventative medication or intervention. My advice is to begin a headache diary and seek out a good specialist. Don't overuse/abuse over-the-counter medications.
