Hard to guess...: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate, if any unusual or worrisome symptoms.

: Is this a new problem?  Do you have these cramps routinely each month?  Are there any other symptoms associated with cramps such as vaginal discharge or any urinary burning or increased frequency?  I would want to rule out other causes of cramping before suggesting that they could be related to your periods in any way.

Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. Schedule a visit to have your abnormal discharge tested for infections.

: Natural drop in estrogen during mid-cycle could explain your symptoms. Your doctor can prescribe pills that can limit your period to once a year and are likely to address this issue.

Could be:: It could be just normal changes in the vaginal discharge that can occur before the period starts, or it could be bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection, either can cause a yellowish, and pink-tinged discharge.  If you have had new sexual partners or any risk of exposure to an std then that should definitely be checked for. I don't think the heart burn is related to the discharge or the upcoming.

Irregular bleeding: You may have an an-ovulatory cycle, frequent urination may be a different problem, have your self checked out for urinary tract infection or any other reason for the frequency, check out the sugar too.

Talk to your doc: You may need to change pills. What are you taking? How long have you been on them? May need something with more estrogen or a different progesterone. Consider a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud, which will decrease flow and cramping.

Irregular bleeding: If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp; hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  there are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
