At age 20, things like migraines and anxiety should not be treated with THC. There are better alternatives.

: Not fully clear if your problems might respond to medical marijuana.  (Cannabidiol tincture might be alternative approach with lack of being "stoned".)  Migraines can be prevented, but need to see a neurologist.  Back pain could respond to physical therapy.

Marijuana : Marijuana has been shown clinically to be a very poor analgesic agent. It is probably no more effective as a painkiller than a mild narcotic. Its' best use is in cancer patients to improve appetite and improve mood and decrease anxiety. There is unfortunately a lot of hype regarding medical marijuana, which has not been proven in clinical trials. I would seek a good neurologist who deals with headaches in his/her practice.

up to a month: There are numerous products available on the internet, and available in some stores that are engineered to mask thc in the urine. One such product is called 'test clean.' this could be an option to consider. Check it out.

Who knows?: This is exactly the problem with "medical" marijuana.  Doctors are not trained in the ins and outs of marijuana use.  All we can do is "recommend" it.  It's not really a prescription.  That said, smoking it may not be the safest way to consume it because of possible damage to your lungs.  Consider eating it (in cookies or other food) or using a vaporizer.  Ask specifics at your local dispensary.

Never: Despite the states approving the use of marijuana, it is a psychoactive drug and alters the function of your brain. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

can you catch bronchitis from smoking medical marijuana? i am prescribed medical marijuana. i just started smoking it a few weeks ago. now i have bronchitis. could the smoking have caused bronchitis?

Studies : Studies have shown that there are a variety of toxins in marijuana. It can vary with the  type of marijuna used.  Marijuana could be associated with your bronchitis.  At least one short term study has shown a relaxing effect of marijuana on the airways.

i've been prescribed pantoprazole for about a month. i am also a medical marijuana patient and wanted to know if i could still consume marijuana while on this medication? would it decrease effectiveness or increase the risk of an overdose?

Possible interactions:
 MJ use might increase effect of alcohol.
Anticoagulants/anti-platelet drugs, herbs&amp;supplements. These reduce clotting. MJ canchange how the body processes them,  increased risk of bleeding. MJ&amp; CNS depressants mightcause an additive sedative effect.
Protease inhibitor;MJ use with use of these antiviral drugs might reduce their effectiveness.

Concerns: I would be concerned about doing that. Marijuana smoke contains bronchial irritants. Prolonged use of cannabis can lead to airway inflammation, wheezing & increases in sputum production.
