Right abdomen: There are various causes of recurrent right  midabdominal discomfort but appendicitis is still the commonest cause of right lower quadrant pain. Other causes include inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, umbilical hernia and,if you had prior abdominal surgery,adhesions. I recommend an evaluation by an abdominal surgeon. Referral to a gastroenterologist may be made if deemed advisab

Epigastric pain: epigastric pain can be caused by many things, most commonly by Gerd or an ulcer, but there are still other possibilities. If it is persistent, you should have the evaluation by your doctor. In the meantime, I would try ranitidine 150 mg twice a day while awaiting an appointment to see your doctor. You will probably need lab tests and maybe a ultrasound to start. Good luck.

Cyst: Ovarian cyst likely.  Although your fibroid has been stable during pregnancy the fibroid can grow.

For Dx-Endo.: Only way for you and your doctor to know for sure, you may need upper endoscopy to look for an ulcer .A burning, aching, or gnawing pain  in upper abd. may be from ulcer. Some people also have back pain. The pain can last from a few minutes to a few hours and may come and go for weeks. I am not convinced  the blood streaks are coming from PUD(Peptic ulcer).
You will need Colonoscopy also.See GI
