BCP: Sometimes women need to try a differetn OCp with differet comination of estrogen and progesteron.  It is not uncommon to see breakthrough bleeding with low estrogen pills but there can be many other reasons.\. You should discuss this with your provider., who would be able to work with you on this.

Not yet: I would recommend that you try to stick with the Micronor (norethindrone) or a few more weeks or even a month if you can.  Often it takes time for the body to adjust to Micronor (norethindrone).  If you switch now, it could lead to even longer irregularity

Micronor (norethindrone) Contracepti: Micronor (norethindrone) is the mini pill and has Progesterone only as compared to other birth control pills that have estrogen and progesterone.  Micronor (norethindrone) has a higher failure rate for contraception than other pills and hormonally may not provide you with relief of any menopausal symptoms.  It does provide contraception and is a viable option, but if y9ou have menopausal symptoms, consider something else.

OCP efficacy : As with all oral contraceptives (especially Progesterone only pills) it is important to take the pills at consistent time each day. If you have been taking them consistently since your last period it does not matter what time of day you take it or when you have sex, for that matter. More important is the consistent daily use.

Sounds like no: If your pregnancy symptoms were caused by pregnancy then that implies that your pregnancy hormones would be high enough for detection by a pregnancy test. Since your tests are negative that is not likely. If you do not want to be pregnant consider restarting your birth control.
