Yes possible: and painful  , most likely you developed phimosis ( external opening narrows ) and unable to retract , due added infection inside fore skin.  Most of the time circumcision is required , some times can avoid by stretching fore skin   Consult urologist

Yes ; possibly yes: Mogen clamp leaves more inner foreskin  because technique requires pulling freed foreskin over glans penis ; applying clamp beyond tip f glans thus avoiding glans injury. Thus length of inner foreskin remaining is marginally longer than length of baby's glans. Scar halfway down penis could mean that excess outer shaft skin was removed at circumcision, which circumcision technique  was used.

my penis is extremely bent when erect. it goes straight up and left. uncircumcised and theres a line of foreskin thats fused to my head, pretty tight. wondering if there any methods out there for straightening or if circumcision could be a solution?

i have phimosis and my foreskin got retracted and became paraphimosis but i forced it and pulled it back.. since the i have stomach infections and penis blood flow isn't good and looks weak... will my penis get normal or it's permanent damage?

: You did the right thing. Keep your glans covered with foreskin. To loosen it you can try pulling it back gently as far as it goes using baby oil everyday and pull it forward again. In a few weeks it should move back and forth easily. You did not cause any damage and your stomach infections are not related to this. Your other choice is a circumcision. I think you will be OK
