Men's health : Probably nothing now.  If he is truly sober and not on any anabolic or other hormonal supplements he is probably just as fertile as the next guy.

relapsed on crystal meth 3mo ago and smoke 8 cigarettes a day. my neck hurts bad but i thought it was from looking down to play on phone.  i squeezed some bumps off but they come back tip and right side of tongue  hurts ear pressure bad too?

Get help fast: Most probable cause is your Meth Addiction.  You need to first get help for your addiction, that means a Mental Health Professional.  Once addiction conquered, you then see a Dentist to clean up the physical damage.  The meth will kill you.  The smoking will kill you. GET HELP!  Time for intervention.

It depends: Side effects can differ significantly from one person to another.  Indeed some people can even become sedated when they use a stimulant.   Rapid heart rate and increased bp common and even serious heart arrhythmias can occur.  I doubt your insurance could be dropped based on meth abuse particularly now with obamacare.
