Methamphetamine: The person shows irritability, aggressive behavior, anxiety, excitement, auditory hallucinations, and paranoia (delusions and psychosis). Abusers may be violent. Mood changes are common, and the abuser can rapidly change from friendly to hostile. Sometimes they don't sleep for days on end, and become even more irritable and suspicious. May get suddenly depressed and suicidal when effects wear off.
