Shingles: No! shingles is caused by the reactivation of the chicken virus. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) just treats bacteria not viruses. You would need Valtrex 1 gram three times a day for 7 days.

Gastrointestinal: Stomach upset with nausea are common.  Diarrhea can occur.  Metallic taste is a common complaint.  Long term use can rarely lead to tendon and retina damage.

Brain damage: Meth is a psychoactive drug and there is not reason for any one to take it. If you are not brain damaged before you take it, you will have brain damage after you take it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

I discourage it: Alcohol is not a good drug when you are treating an infection.  Also, I believe that when people ask questions about "can I drink beer" or "can I have wine" I don't think they are talking about 1-2 social drinks. Alcohol interferes with white blood cells working, slows healing and has many drug interactions. The doctor who prescribed it or pharmacist who filled it is who you should talk to.

Combination OK: You would have to consider side effects of each separtely. Accutane has a long list the wort of which is dry skin, potential for depression and suicide risk and birth defects if a female becomes pregnant, and sun sensitivity, and for Cipro (ciprofloxacin) if taken for a longer period of time cartiledge damage and in some people it can have cardiac effects and cause arrythmias(even if taken for shorter periods.
