Dvt: Localized pain behind the knee is not very common as a symptom of deep vein thrombosis.  However doing a venous duplex ultrasound (Doppler-sonography) would identify and clarify this issue.  Other issues could be localized knee problems, such as a Baker's cyst.  If there is a recent history of airplane travel, then ultrasound would be recommended as there is risk of air travel related thrombosis

Time also helps
if it persists, or fever, chills, see the surgeon.
 Some need tap or drainage but best to let natural resorbtion.

It could be: But remember it can be other things like Rosacea. The malar rash alone does not diagnose lupus, so I would absolutely see a derm to get correct diagnosis and new treatments that are available like Mirvaso to take the redness out:)

Varies: Causes may vary.  Did you injure it?  At your age, an arthritic cause would be unlikely.  The most common thing we will see in that area is a tear of the medial meniscus.  Don't hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis.

im having mild discomfort on my bartholin gland, without any swelling, redness, heat or inflammation, it feels like a pulling gravitational pull, i have a good hygiene and it's been two months i didnt have sexual intercourse?

: Benign Bartholin glands should not give you any symptom so what you feel is less likely originating from those glands. You should see a gynecologist for a pelvic exam if that symptom persists. Good luck!
