Birth control : A cycle every 21-35 days is considered normal. Lots of patients use various hormonal birth  control methods for cycle control. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud can even eliminate it in some. For those that prefer to avoid hormones Lysteda is a new drug that works well.

No: If it happens the following month u need evaluation by a gyn, often due to hormones not working correctly which can be checked along with an exam and ultrasound and other blood work.

Likely not related: Crps is generally a disorder of the sympathetic nervous system and can cause chronic pain in the extremities, face abdomen or pelvis.  I am unaware of any hormonal influences of crps.

Birth control pills: Birth-control pills would provide excellent menstrual cycle regulation as well as correct your Progesterone deficiency. This would be a much more effective option than Progesterone injections. Progesterone injections will cause a side effect of irregular periods.

At 48 okay: At 48 it's normal to have some increased fluxuations in your cycle.  The average age of menopause is 51, so you're getting closer. Many women in late 40's begin to miss periods.  If you're not too heavy or too thin, and you don't have a thyroid disorder then i wouldn't worry.  Of course, pregnancy needs to be ruled out (i know, i know!), but that's highly unlikely. Leg numbness : This list of symptoms may be related to a few different issues. Leg numbness can be from a problem with circulation or nerve. I wonder if all of these can these all be related to an internal pelvic condition. You should see a doctor in person

Enjoy: It's going to come eventually especially if you are not pregnant. If you continue to not get for few months or get irregular talk to your pcp for thyroid and other check up like severe anemia etc.

Bleeding: It's hard to tell why without further history and physical, but if you've not seen a doc yet, you should to get what i suggested in the beginning and get appropriate treatment for that.

Yes : Menstrual cycles work by days, not months. The "cycle" is preparation for implantation, ovulation, removal of unused uterine lining that was ready for implantation. The timing is by days 11-14 days after the previous menses ovulation occurs.  If no implantation happens the period starts about 12-14 days later.  So your period could start on the last day of a month and continue onto the next month.

Irregular period: You may just be having an irregular period which is no uncommon. Always check a pregnancy test I’d sexually active
