i have missed 3 menstrual cycles & all pregnancy test come back negative.  im having some nausea, what does this mean?

Irregular periods : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Your mom is wrong: It is absolutely impossible to have a "period" when pregnant. It is possible to have a bit of "spotting" for a variety of reasons but true bleeding (as intense as a period) is almost always a sign of serious problems.

Kidney or ectopic or: Pain u describe could be kidney infection( if along with fever and urinary discomfort), or kidney stone... in young woman always thing possible tubal pregnancy. Your symptoms are  concerning enough to seek emergency evaluation.

: Repeat pregnancy test and otherwise same answer as before. Menstrual cycles vary a lot related to stress, time of year, which women you spend most of your time with as well as other reasons. Being a teenager, you can have variation for no reason at all. It appears that you have no intention of getting pregnant so it would be wise to always use birth control and set up an appointment with a clinic.

i had a surgical abortion february 27th of this year. it's now april 17th and i have yet to see my menstrual cycle. and my pregnancy test is positive.

Pregnancy: It would be wise to have an ultrasound soon.  You may be pregnant again or the surgical termination failed.  If the ultrasound does not show a pregnancy, then you should have two blood pregnancy tests done 48 hours apart from one another.  Dont wait too long.

The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Pregnancy tests: Home pregnancy tests are usually reliable at "7 weeks" of pregnancy.  If your cycles have been regular (28-34 days apart), if the test is negative,  obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

i and my bf having romance with thin clothes & too close to each other.can sperm penetrate via thin clothes .cloth were wetted bcz of spermatic fluid.also i was having that day last day of my menstrual cycle..so chance of pregnancy??
