Unknown: Both a kidney stone and menses could cause bleeding that is noticeable when urinating.  Normally, neither should produce quantities of blood that are in any way dangerous.  If bleeding continues after stone passes or period stops, then a visit to the doctor is warranted.

Breast cancels pregn: After you deliver your baby and are breaqst feeding and the baby is suckling at your breast your hormone levels change in order to prevent you from having another infant immediately after.  For one thing every time your infant sucks on your nipple your prolaqctin goes up.  The changing hormone levels interrupt the menstrual cycle.

Yes, oral progrstins: First, breast-feeding is a great decision. Breast-feeding alone can give you reduced or absent cycles. There is a specific type of birth control pill call progestin only pills. These are safe to take while breast-feeding and can also help prevent a menstrual cycle.  Additionally, oral Provera (medroxyprogesterone) taken twice a day for 10 days can also prevent a cycle. These are medications perscibed by a doctor.

Possible: Not unusual thatt you have not menstruated yet since you are breastfeeding.  However, keep in mind it is possible to get pregnant without having menstruated after you delivered a child

It's possible: An18 month old has usually decreased their mild intake enough that your hormones have adjusted enough to start you ovulating again, but not necessarily return of your period. I have a 28 year old son that was conceived while solely breast feeding 6 months post-delivery! so if you are having unprotected intercourse, you certainly can get pregnant.

Varies: It could be as soon as 2 to 4 weeks or as long as 6 months.

Cycling: Everyone is different but once the hormones go away from the breast feeding you should ovulate so first ovulation will be before first period so be careful as u may not be able to time that ovulation
