Safe testo dose: It appears you're taking 150mg and 1.5 mg. Of testosterone+arimidex sublingually on a daily basis. That is a very high dose of both substances. Typically men with low testosterone are treated with a topical, injectable or implanted pellets. Arimidex (anastrozole) may be used if there is an excessive build up of Estradiol in response to the testosterone therapy but at a much lower dose than you're receiving.

Depends: This depends upon your current response to the medication. If you're doing well the same maintenance dosage should continue. Tolerance or tachyphylaxis to medication can occur and then the dosage may be increased. Your prescribing physician who knows you well is best qualified to advise you about dosage.

Unclear question: If you're asking about taking 3 of those tablets, that would be 30mg, which is still a small starting dose. So you should be fine. But in the future, you should ask these questions and figure out safe dosing BEFORE you take any medicine.

The use of your oral migraine prevention medications and abortives are much more helpful and reduce occurrences even better.
