You can't : Your doctor can prescribe you medication to regulate your cycle but it won't happen immediately. Why is that important?

Sure: It is not uncommon to have a period that lasts only two days.

Why?: I don't know why you would suddenly want your period but taking progesterone only would start endometrial shedding if the lining is built up.
