GYN: Hot flashes-yes. Dizziness and nausea- not really. I advise a gyn evaluation and hormonal blood testing. I also advise medical consultation.

Infection: Can be a cold or flu. Be careful about running fever though. If persisting, call your doctor since these symptoms can represent infection of either viral or bacteria in origin.

Not fun: I'd see a doctor right away. More than likely the problem can be fixed. Any one of those three symptoms would have me going to the doctor today. Who wants to be dizzy, nauseated or feel faint ?

Generally, this is a self-limited problem, but combined with the dizziness and nausea, it suggests a component of a syndrome that requires further work up. Sometimes atypical depression can manifest this way. If that is a possibility for you, you might want to consider a short term therapist. Either way, you should discuss this w/ a doctor.

Nauseous and dizzy: Make sure you are no pregnant. This could be the first sign of it. If you missed a period check a home pregnancy  test  if you have a cold drink plenty of fluids but not too much at one time. A sip every few  minutes till the nausea goes away. Get plenty of rest till you feel better. Take a day or two off to get better   if it persists for more than a few days see your family doctor. Good luck !

Go to MD: Dizziness on its own can cause nausea, due to shared center in the brain. Dizziness and nausea together can be from medicines, heart rate, eyes, ears and the brain. So have it evaluated better.

Possibly but rarely: If the post-nasal drips are severe, a few people may get nausea . If there is a sinus infection, dizziness may occur. However there are many more causes for the dizziness and nausea. Given that you also have dental pain, ask your dentist to check you out for temporomandibular joint dysfunction also.
