Severe reactions, if you're truly allergic, would appear in the first hour after exposure, good luck

Damage is unlikely: It is most effective when started within 72 hours. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are the most likely short-term side effects. Long-term side effects are not expected. Tenofovir may strain the kidneys or liver - usually in those with kidney disease or hepatitis already - but permanent damage is rare. The risks of long-term organ damage are much more likely from the HIV virus than from this drug

Drug interaction: Bisoprolol and domperidone by itself is not contraindicated to be used together, But if you have underlying heart problem you may have to use the domperidone with caution.
As it may precipitate some arrythmia problem.

Why not : First, where are you getting dimethyl fumarate, is it a research study?  Not yet on market, but may work well in ms.  Unaware of any bad interaction, but since drug may cause GI distress and so does ibuprofen, each might add to the misery.  Talk to the doc who is provided the agent.
