However, using naproxen and aspirin together increases the risk of gastritis so you should take either omeprazole or famotidine for stomach protection until you stop naproxen. This can lead to a cold or hot extremity, pain , numbness and tingling, swelling and change in the color of the skin. The injury does not have to be significant and the symptoms can become chronic if not diagnosed and treated early. Do not ignore in the hope that it will go away.

Best to see your doctor and get more precise idea of causation.
