I would not think so: I have not heard of genetically aquired herpes. Herpes is a viral infection that can only be transmitted by direct contact with an infected person with active lesions. Oral herpes can be spread orally thru kissing and genitally via oral sex. There is medication taken daily that greatly decreases your chances of having any active lesions called valtrex (valacyclovir). See your doctor for a prescription.

Common wart: Various strains of the HPV virus cause warts in specific tissues. The location of the wart on normal skin surfaces like near the scrotum /on the legs/on fingers/is specific to the strains involved. Acquisition is by chance contact with the germ, not passed in genes.  Genital warts are caused by different strains passed during sex.

Antibiotics: The only sexually transmitted diseases that can be cured are caused by bacteria or parasites and can be treated with antibiotics.  The drug depends on the disease.  Std's caused by viruses cannot be curred with medication.   Your body's immune system must clear them.  Existing drugs will only otherwise suppress their effects.

But, along with the urine culture that must be happening, the provider can also test for common stds that can also cause the symptoms of a uti.

Pelvic : Pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) is a serious infection of the uterus and/or fallopian tubes most often caused by chlamydia or gonorrhea - both sexually transmitted diseases.  If she was diagnosed with pid, there is a very good chance that you are infected with chlamydia, gonorrhea or both.  You should see your doctor to be checked and treated as soon as possible.  I have attached a website below that has really good information about pid.

: Family physicians study under urologists for part of their training and they see many of the issues the specialists focus on. If you want confirmation of this opinion or suspect there is another answer, go see a urologist. Many health plans cover such consultations without a PCP referral, or just ask your doc for one.

Possible but: unlikely , testicular atrophy is possible with unrecognized , untreated testicular  trauma , but need evaluation see  your physician , if needed will refer you to a specialist

DHT: Dht has all the masculizing effects from hormones you asked about.  Testosterone on its own is anabolic and good to build muscle and wellness effects on your psyche. Dht has all the bad effects.  Testosterone converts into dht.
