The amount: Absorbed depends on the amount dissolved.  But i wouldn't worry too much.  Is there a reason you worry about anaphylaxis?  Have you ever experienced?  If you have then to what?  Do you carry an epipen (epinephrine)?

Decrease slowly.: If you are on the Florinef (fludrocortisone) for adrenal issues, it is best to decrease slowly by dropping to twice a day (bid) for a week or two...Then daily (qd) for a week or two. Then half a tab for a week, etc. As long as you do not have any negative effects while weaning, you should be fine. However, it is best to consult with the physician who started you on the Florinef (fludrocortisone) before doing so.

No: Florinef (generic name fludrocortisone is a synthetic adrenal hormone used to help the kidneys to hold onto salt.  It has virtually no antiimflammatory action and will generally not improve energy but it may raise  blood pressure.
