Nope: Just don't get another one when you are scheduled.  I'm not a Depo-Provera fan either.  Weight gain and increased osteoporosis risk, and many times continued irregular spotting. :p ask your doc about options when the time comes so you can be prepared.

Not likely . . .: Neither multicheck from www.Epocrates.Com (requires free registration) nor www.Drugs.Com's interactions checker (http://www.Drugs.Com/interactions-check.Php?Drug_list=1543-929, 1463-869) found any interaction between synthroid (thyroxine) & depoprovera. Just remember that even though you no longer have to worry about taking daily birth control pill, he still needs to wear condom each & every time to lower std.

Up to 9 months: You possibly might not see a period for 9 months from your last shot, although it is usually quicker.  This assumes your periods were regular before you started the Depo.  Fertility drugs are not appropriate in this situation and would be of marginal benefit even if you could find someone who would prescribe them

Ongoing menses: If you are seeing a gynecologist, it's time to check in and explain that your current regimen isn't working for you.  His/her objectives may be different (e.g. controlling blood loss and anemia).  There are other treatments, but only someone familiar with your medical history is able to recommend for you safely.  Good luck and be sure to talk to your gyn directly.

Yes, ask REI.: Your questions are astute and complicated. Long story short: ivf hormones can make your endometriosis worse; Lupron (leuprolide) can help but not during ivf cycles; surgical extirpation of endometriosis before ivf best bet, if possible. Seek help from a reputable rei center in your area, take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!

Anything possible: But unlikely. If you were on Depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) contraception the change of pregnancy is 1% or less
