You need  to consult an immunologist at an university center as well as an endocrinologist. : It is unlikely that you will ingest too much vitamin B12 because excess amounts leave the body through urine. If your urine is bright yellow, it is most likely that you are taking in more B vitamins than you really need.  Expensive urine, but not dangerous.
