my allergy medicine is not working.i am taking cetrizin hcl antihistamine. i also took benadryl (diphenhydramine) and loratadine tablet but not working. at night time while sleeping  feel ok but once you get up and move then symptom comes back.

These medications: are usually quite effective for straight-forward allergies/allergic rhinitis.  Especially with your up--right posture symptoms, you need to make sure you don't have any mechanical obstructive issues like nasal polyps. It is not unusual to develop growths in the nose in people with allergies. They are difficult to see/diagnose without special instruments, so I would see an ENT specialist. Good luck

No, but sedating: Tons of meds cause false-positive results in drug tests. It depends on the actual testing reagents. Here's just one ex: http://www.pharmacologyweekly.com/articles/drug-classes-cause-false-positive-urine-drug-screen. Be honest reporting all meds, even if they won't show. Your antihistamine drops are considered sedating, so may be prohibited if you are a pilot/ATC. Consider montelukast. Works well.

An allergy to cyclobenzaprine would basically be any combination of the above reactions in response to the intake of cyclobenzaprine into the body.

Not best combo: Can make u drowsy. Likely got prescribed vistaril (hydroxyzine)  as it also helps with allergies/itching. Bug there are too many other medications more effective than vistaril (hydroxyzine). I also suggest u see a clinical psychologist or License Clinical Social Worker for the anxiety. Look into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy=CBT.

is loratadine-d & phenylephrine hcl safe together? i am 37 & on hctz/lisinopril. i took the loaratadine-d thinking it was allergies, but no change.

No, not safe: either or both can increase blood pressure, you are under treatment for hypertension as well, please arrange to see your pcp or an allergist to adjust your meds, precribe other meds accordingly, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, if you have seen one already and not convinced check a second opinion, it's your right, goodluck

Sertraline,Trazodone: Sertraline is a medication for depression in SSRI group.
Trazodone is  a medication for depression in Tricyclic group. It can have  cardiac side effects including Bundle Branch Block.
Both medications can affect sleep. Trazodone is more likely to give sleep.
Benadryl is a medication for Allergy. It is not a Sleep medication.
