Always: Always a possibility of overdose, but if taken as prescribed by your doctor, there should be no issues.  Many drugs go through the same pathways for how they get broken down, so one may be absorbed more than another depending on the day.  If concerned with your medication cocktail, ask your doctor who is prescribing them to go over them again with you as to why each is necessary.

Combining these medications can also increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome." However, I often use this combination without any problems.

Strattera (atomoxetine): No. It is a non-amphetamine, selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, approved for use in adhd.

They should not: Adderall contains dextroamphetamine and amphetamine, so gives a positive amphetamine result on a drug screen if the level of it is high enough to be detected. Vyvanse contains lisdexamfetamine, which becomes amphetamine in the body, so also gives a positive amphetamine result. Neither medication gives a positive methamphetamine (meth) result.

Common side effects in adults include constipation, dry mouth, nausea, decreased appetite, dizziness, sexual side effects, and problems passing urine. Tell your doctor if you have serious side effects of Strattera including: difficulty urinating, unusually fast or irregular heartbeat, fainting, or numbness or tingling.
