Wrinkle on Retina: Macular pucker or epiretinal membrane results in formation of a thin layer of scar tissue which distorts the retina. It is caused by cells migrating through a tiny hole or from inflammation. If the symptoms of blurring and distortion are severe enough, then surgery may be needed.

can a epiretinal membrane deteriorate? or can it get better?

Mostly stable: This is a condensation of the interface between the vitreous gel and the underlying macula of the retina.  It can occur as a response to surgery, trauma but frequently is spontaneous.  Most stabilize and do not progress.  A smaller number will progress and surgery is generally offered.  Improvement is very rare spontaneously.

Use great sleep: Hygiene to start w. Retire ; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark ; cool ; use only for sex ; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs ; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized ; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk, chamomile tea or melatonin along w light reading, warm bath or lavender.

well i don't know how to say it. erm my feet skin goes off, it has been about a week. is there any cream or will get better?

Peeling feet: I am not sure what you mean by skin coming off but i expect you are referring to your skin is peeling.  The most common reasons would be athletes foot or eczema. For athletes foot use an antifungal cream and a Hydrocortisone  cream for eczema.

Takes two to tangle: Fertility issues include TWO people not just you. Forty percent of all fertility issues are male derived so therefore if this is a partner that you want to conceive with then have him do a sperm analysis with a MD as well as you going to a GYN MD to find out if you are OK to conceive or if there are reproductive issues. The abortion may or may not have been a concern.

No: Asymptomatic Epiretinal Membranes do not require any treatment and best is to observe.They are only symptomatic if affecting macula,the central portion of the retina which helps us to distinguish the details used for reading and recognizing faces,Surgery is indicated if there is progression or worsening of vision.Surgery will still be effective even after long wait

erm i am having a dark spot or a big black dot under the toe of my left foot. it is really big and almost about 1/3 of the toe. what should i do?

Get it looked at by : A doctor it could be a plantar melanoma. If not treated it could be trouble. Might be nothing but a black spot on the bottom of the foot we always have a high suspicion for cancer, especially in an dark skinned individual. A similar thing was the demise of bob marley.

advanced macular pucker & stable glaucoma in 1 eye. 2nd eye mild erm. what is prognosis for adequate vision. concerned that both eyes have disease.

Close follow up: Macular pucker can occur as a consequence of spontaneous pucker.  There are procedures that can be done to help eliminate this but they carry some risk so usually the retinal surgeons who do this will wait for a level of lowered vision that is significant or note progression as a reason to intervene.  The glaucoma is a separate issue for both eyes.  These conditions should be closely monitored.

i have jumbled words and poor short erm memory also horrible fatigue. i sleep plenty exercise and take naps. brain cancer in family? brain scan ??

Cognitive issues: need to be assessed by your doc who may refer you to a neurologist.  After diagnosis a neuropsychologist can test you and let you know what to do to help the situation.  Peace and good health.
