Yes, but...: Nearly all natural twins (about 2% of all pregnancies) are from multiple ovulations, usually close together in time. It's also possible to have single ovulations 'twice' in one calendar month (say, july) but these would almost always fall in two separate menstrual cycles. It's not generally possible to have 2 'fertile periods' in the same cycle.

Yes: It is possible to get pregnant on any day of the month even, if you have sex during your period, however unlikely that maybe.

BBT/testing: Monitor you basal body temperature every morning. An icrease of 1 degree above your normal temperature would indicate ovulation; additionally, use a home ovulation testing kit.

Not really: You can't get pregnant before ovulation; its possible to get pregnant before your assumed ovulation if you ovulate very early. Cycle day 7 would be very unusually early.

No: Five days is not enough for the egg to mature in the ovary to be ready to ovulate.

It's normal: After ovulation as egg is released so called corpus luteum starts secreting progesterone which is associated with thick white discharge. It prepares uterus for a possible pregnancy and happens regardless whether it occurred or not.  Sometimes, after pregnancy there is increase in progesterone secretion and this can be associated with more abundant white discharge.

Clarification: Are you asking if it is too early to test if you are pregnant or not?If you had unprotected sex during your vacation and you were likely ovulating at some point during that time period,I would wait until around the time you would normally expect your period before testing to make sure you get an accurate result.If your period is a week late then you can definitely test and is probalby a good idea.

PCOS: It is true that you need a proper balance of estrogen and Progesterone to achieve normal breast development in a women. However, there are other factors affectiing the breasts including the hormones prolactin and growth hormone. It is true that there is increased lh in pcos but this usually increases testosterone (one of the hallmarks of pcos).

Yes: I would probably skip tonight and cover tomorrow night just in case by having intercourse.

Yes: Your doctor can test for all of that, including the thyroid.  Go see your obgyn or primary care doctor and he/she will test for you or send you to the appropriate specialists as needed.
