Menorrhagia: I assume this is abnormal for you.  There are many reasons to have excess vaginal bleeding including hormonal imbalances or clotting deficiencies in your blood.  A visit to the doctor as soon as possible is in order.

Yes and no: Diprospan is Betamethasone diproprionate a corticosteroid.  All corticosteroids can have significant side effects if given improperly or in the wrong dose.  In the pack it is generally safe for non-diabetics when taken according to the instructions.
