why do i get urethra pain? 
after i masturbate and urinate afterwards, i get a strong pain in my urethra. why is that?

Possible prostatitis: You may have prostatitis or non-specific urethritis.  I would recommend that you have an examination by a qualified provider.  It is possible that you have acute prostatitis.  Other things to consider would be a urethral stricture or injury to the urethra.  Bottom line, get it checked out if symptoms persist.

Likely Prostatitis: Repeated ejaculation can incite swelling in the prostate.  This results in the bladder feeling as if there is still urine present even after finishing.  The swelling can also result in decreased force of the stream, urgency and sensation of incomplete emptying  the best way to resolve this is to abstain for several days and see if it goes away. Aleve/ibuprofen or Aspirin and increased water helps.

Situational : Masturbation involves an erection and if male, stimulation of the glans and or shaft and perineum.  The prostate and other genital accessory glands engorge with blood and fluids and all surround the urethra.  Pressures are exerted inward and urine flow will be weak or difficult.  With time after this physiologic experience the urine flow should return to normal.  Pre-existing issues can be wose.

Semen: I don't get fully your question. But normal variation in semen color is normal. If you urinated the color of semen will change. The only time to be overtly concerned is if you notice blood. These needs to be evaluated by your physician.
