He would not produce sperm, but could expel some prostate secretions if he achieved erection  &amp; orgasm. Normal for penis to soften immediately after ejaculation. Worrying about ED is inteself one of commonest cause of ED. Suggest consult sex therapist if reducing frequency doesn't help plus you can't stop worrying about it.
