Does "addicted" mean you put your hand under your clothes and do it in public or out on the street, or at work, school or parties? Do you do it alone, with friends, or with strangers? By "control" mean do you mean you want to stop doing it altogether or just less often than every five minutes?

However, if you are looking to make your gluteals larger- would suggest you seek input of a trainer.

For the gullible: This is a mix of tea, lemonade, maple syrup and pepper, with no sold food. You'll lose weight mostly because it's nasty and you'll take in fewer calories. I hope you are not so foolish as to believe it "removes poisons from the body" -- your body actually cleans itself. Long-term users have ended up very sick from it. Short-term it's safe enough if you're reasonably healthy.

Routine, Priority: "master of the universe" is a pretty lofty goal :) - however, it is possible to incorporate new routines that were once lacking or absent. New disciplines are largely a matter of time, priorities, and developing a routine. We all then to spend time doing the things that are most important to us.
