Talk with surgeon: Details are important, such as:  how much is he drinking or getting in IV fluids, how much urine was coming out per hour earlier, is there blood or clots in the catheter, did urine stop coming out of the catheter (is it blocked), what kind of pain medications is he supposed to be taking, is he supposed to adjust the dosing, is his pain too high compared to other patients with a similar surgery,...

Family Practice: Your gallbladder has no affect on getting pregnant.  Having an ovarian cyst usually doesn't either unless you have poly cystic  disease. It makes it harder but with treatment pregnancy may occur.

Period tracking : Periods usually come about 14 days after ovulation if fertilization did not occur. If you had your period at an irregular or unexpected time then consider tracking them over the next few cycles. If they continue to be irregular then you may want to discuss options for cycle regulation with your doctor

i had an 8.9cm cyst going to the er. i have numbness,pain radiating to my thigh,pressure and bloading in abdomen. can't sit for long time.went to er again its 10.3cm ovarian cyst. now i have a bladder infection. should the cyst be surgically removed?

: You should take both your ultrasounds to a Gyn and be examined and get an opinion. RE bladder infection drink 5-6 glasses of water a day, empty your bladder when you get the urge avoid constipation  keep the area clean and finish off the medicine given for it

To work on it : Your  weight gain is not related to gall bladder surgery, condition with polycystic ovary syndrome  , do gain weight , will have fertility problem, some of them will suffer from hypertensions and diabetes , could be controlled , most of the time , by diet , work out , medications  and regular follow up by your doctors.

: I assume the thickness was measured with a distended bladder and you meant a bladder cyst. If these assumptions are correct then you may need a cystoscopy done if you do not have history of bladder outlet obstruction, recurrent cystitis or local radiation, and especially the bladder ultrasound was done because of abnormal urinalysis. Thickness of 3.8 mm is not abnormal if bladder wasn't distended.

Don't recommend: that you engage in self -diagnosis for these conditions. Do recommend medical assessment for worrisome symptoms.  (It is difficult to palpate ovaries even when done on a patient).
