Now if no pain: If you are not having pain ok to masterbate now. Just nothing in the vagina yet. Be aware sometimes the uterus will cramp with orgasm if myomectomy was recent enough, so you might cramp.

: If you are using a gadget  inside the vagina you might be irritating the area. Stop that for about 10 days. If it recurs then you need to see your surgeon for a good internal exam. Good luck

: The pain and bleeding post myomectomy with masturbation and presumably orgasm  is probably a function of the uterine musculature and surgical sites that haven't completely healed. Masturbation increases blood flow to the uterus and orgasm causes uterine contractions(pain in this case) and bleeding. See your surgeon if this continues past 3 months for assessment and examination.

Damage to bowel, bladder, or ureter are rare but possible.

Pain meds: Pain medications after any kind of surgery can be constipating.  Inaddition, pelvic surgery can stimulate spasm of the muscles around the rectum that have to relax to allow bowel movements.  Stool softeners can be quite helpful until off the pain medications and the muscles have relaxed.

Not usually: Unless you are taking significant narcotics for post op pain and not drinking enough fluids. Discuss with your gyn doctor.

Talk to surgeon: You need to ask your myomectomy surgeon as he/she will know how deeply into the uterine musculature the cuts  were done to remove the fibroid(s). The repair of the uterine defect(s) determines how long it takes to heal based upon the extensiveness of the surgery and how soon you can get pregnant and carry a child without uterine rupture.
