May be silent, Some: Most people w chlamydia don’t have sxs.  That is why it’s called a silent std. Chlamydia can cause vaginal discharge, bleeding w intercourse or btwn periods, nausea, fever, painful intercourse, & lower abdominal & back pain. Men can experience discharge, burning w urination,  itching around the opening of the penis (urethra) & less often – pain/ swelling of testes. It can lead to rectal pain, &gt;&gt;.

Chlamydia: Chlamydia is a silent disease and may go undetected for years. Usually the disease is first detected in the females but males can be the the first to become symptomatic

Clear discharge: Men with chlamydia may not have any symptom. Symptoms include burning sensation that gets worse on urination, and clear mucus-like discharge.

NO: Many individual care the bacteria however, are not infected until later- this is called an asymptomatic carrier state, and the cause of many infections.

Epididymitis?: Probably under 1% of urethral gonorrhea or chlamydia leads to epididymitis, which generally causes severe pain and swelling in a single testicle, usually a few weeks after catching the infection. Milder aching of both testicles does not indicate epididymitis or testicular infection. That's a common symptom in some men with any genital infection doesn't indicate anything serious.

Pain with urination: Men with chlamydia may have pain with urination and a mucousy or watery discharge from their penis (urethritis).  They could also have testicular pain, swelling or tenderness (on one side) (epididymitis).  A man with rectal chlamydia could have bleeding, discharge or rectal pain. I am not aware of complete inability to urinate as a symptom.

◾Burning, itchy, or painful sensation while urinating
