Not a fan: My honest opinion is that i think pec implants look ridiculous. They just don't look natural ... Sorry. Get back on the bench and push it out.

: What do you expect to get by getting these implants if such were available? It would be better for you to talk to a psychiatrist about your though process for wanting to get potentially dangerous surgery without any reason.

consult cosmetic sur: Most of the time extra skin molds it self at your age with exercise  and time. If you want better appearance , see a plastic surgeon , will hep you  and they are not for just woman only, more and more men are seeking cosmetic surgeons

Pectoral : Pectoral implants are generally placed under the pectoralis major muscle.  The access is via an incision in the armpit that is about 2 inches long.  Initially, you need to be careful about too much stress on your chest muscles but after about 6 weeks you shuld be able to resume weight lifting and other activities.  My experience is that men who have these implants do not have any problems with activities or muscle weakness.  They should not have any negative effect on future muscle building.

Personally, : Personally, i don't particularly like the look of pectoral implants for men, but that's personal opinion more than a scientific answer.  If you do decide to pursue this, try to find a asps plastic surgeon that does this operation for men routinely, not someone who rarely does it.

Not really: Pectoralis implants are generally solid silicone block implants which tend to feel much more firm than cohesive silicone gel or saline implants.  Pectoralis implants are similar to the ones used for buttock or calf implants.  There are advantages and disadvantages to these type of implants and tend to have higher complication rates.

Will not affect: colitis.  however consider plastic surgery very carefully especially given your age.  all surgery carries risk.

Depends: If you are heavy, there is no targeted way to loose moob fat other than surgical liposuction. If your body fat is average, then liposuction &amp; removal of any glandular tissue is the answer. I would only start the process if your doc has excluded medical or medication causes. Some cosmetic surgeons are able to use such implants, but I would investigate the issue in detail before proceeding.

Testicular implant: Usually there is not an age limitation but i recommend that you are fully developed so a similar size prosthesis is placed to avoid having to repeat the procedure later on.
