Accepted Answer

Yes: Most of your lymph nodes are located in your head and neck region. Lymph nodes that frequently swell are in this area, as well as in your armpits and groin area.  So this is normal but if they are swollen more than 2wks I would seek a MD for evaluation.  No worries

i can feel 4 lymph nodes in my groin (male) they ate soft and movable with no symptoms is it because i'm very underweight 0.66 percentile on bmi?

: You can watch and wait.  You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

: What you described does not support a diagnosis of lymphoma.
It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.

Lymph nodes: When looking at lymph nodes with ct or MRI we look at size and number.  Sometimes they are too big, or there are too many.  Without knowing your history it is difficult to determine what is going on.  It could just be the way you are, due to local inflammation, or many other things.

: Yes, lymph nodes can be felt if you are thin and there is no subcutaneous fat to cover them.

Groind nodes: Everybody has this. Insignificant and unimportant. Don't keep examining yourself: repeated prodding and poking might cause pain and enlargement, making it seem more important. Don't worry about it.
