The neck/cervical: spine joints, like all joints, are bathed in an oily-like substance called synovial fluid which facilitates smooth movement. Theories about crepitus (these noises) include changes in synovial joint fluid pressure or gaseous bubbles forming or bursting. Or sounds from ligaments or tendons as they move over bones, etc.  Bone on bone grinding due to worn down cartilage from arthritis very rare at 23.

It shows that by standing up, your nervous system reacted instantly and signaled your heart to increase cardiac output as needed to overcome gravity. A more common result would be for the BP to drop when standing. A 10 point drop is normal. &gt;10 pts can be a problem.

at a BMI of 22.5 .. you are totally normal.
Suspect it is predominantly muscle and that its loss and the starvation to lose it is not healthy.
