NO -may be dangerous: Amphetamines act on the Alpha adrenergic receptors, which are balanced by beta receptors, which normally work in tandem with each other.  If you block beta receptors and take an Alpha acting agent like amphetamine, you may have severe high blood pressure and rapid pulse. There have been reports of heart attacks and strokes, as well as hypertensive crisis with headache and kidney failure with combo.
