Broad term: This represents a number of conditions which affect the lymphatic channels and/or lymph nodes.  Although not exclusive to lymphatic diseases, many patients suffer from chronic edema of a variable level of severity.  Some conditions are congenital or familial; however, secondary (acquired) causes are the most common such as those related to post-surgical effects (e.g Lymph node dissections).

Tissue swelling: Latin lympha "water goddess" - lymph is essentially recycled blood plasma. The lymphatic system returns the interstitial fluid to the thoracic duct and then to the bloodstream, where it is recirculated back to the tissues.Tissues with lymphedema are at risk of infection and ulcer. Yes I am certified in lymphatic therapy. We use fda approved lymphedema laser therapy for lymph drainage.

Yes, sorta: Depends on the type of lymphatic dz.  If you are referring to lymphedema, it will help, but the mainstay of therapy is compression, special massage therapy, and compression pumps, depending on the severity of dz.

Need other tests.: Blood tests might show signs pointing to lymphoma, like many lymphocytes, and lymphoblasts, but other signs are seen, like lymphadenopathy (enlarged lymph nodes).  Also, there are many kinds of lymphomas, like follicular, and mantle cell, and they need tests like biopsy and flow cytometry to distinguish them, so other tests are needed.

Usually mechanical: The commonest reasons for interruption of lymphatic flow are surgical, like lymph node removal for breast cancer. When the lymph nodes are cut out of the underarm area, the lymph channels are cut with them, leaving the arm on that side vulnerable to "lymphedema." this is why women do not have blood drawn on the side where they had a mastectomy. There is no blood test for this.

Lymphatics are: microtubes in human body that carry lymph fluid (tissue fluid) back into venous system and blood stream. Lymphatic diseases occur typically due to blockage or underdevelopment of lymphatics.

Drainage: Lymphatics are necessary for drainage of tissue fluid and are an essential part of the Immune system.  It's a way for germs and debris that get carried by the lymphatic fluid to come in contact with and get processed by the immune system along the way in lymph nodes.

Not really : Lymphomas are blood-borne malignancies that typically have origin in lymph nodes or other lymphatic tissue. Lymphatic malformations are typically benign abnormalities of lymphatic channel morphology. Many are congenital for example a cystic hygroma.

Not a quiz!!: can't just fit those symptoms  into a disease and call it a lymphatic disease, those symptoms are common to some different disorders, mastocytosis is one, but is it the diagnosis? We don't know, proper management = proper diagnosis , hence right treatment for the condition proven/suspected, your best option, as I see it, would be seeking help in a tetriary care/teaching or university hospital,
