Lymph nodes: This seems to indicate an infective process of some sort. There are also other causes as well. If the lymph nodes are all swollen all over then you must go and see your doctor and get blood tests done.

Lymph nodes: If there are swollen lymph nodes that are tender and have been present for almost a month it may be reasonable at this point to be checked by a physician.  While you do not have a fever and your labs came back normal it may still be advised to have a complete physical exam to make sure this are slightly.  A biopsy of a lymph node may also be advised but i would recommend being evaluated first.

swollen lymph nodes all over body. all less than 2 cm but i keep getting more. low grade temps over 6mths. normal ct scan... what can it be?

Maybe nothing wrong: With small nodes and normal CT -- implying no enlarged nodes internally, no abnormalities of spleen or liver -- maybe nothing is wrong. Lymph nodes under 2 cm may not be enlarged at all -- assuming the lumps you feel are lymph nodes in the first place. Has your doctor confirmed them? Any lab results, e.g. HIV, syphilis, blood count? If your doc has reassured you all is well, I would agree.

: Generalized lymph node enlargement would be an unusual presentation of fungal infections. At your age, infectious mononucleosis or bone marrow disorders are more likely causes. Autoimmune disease can be another cause. In any event, the patient with generalized lymphadenopathy should start with an evaluation by his/her physician. Appropriate testing&amp; possible referral to a specialist will follow.

They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.
