i think i have scalp infection. have rashes, pimples, extreme dandruff, lymph nodes back of neck. how to confirm it and get rid off it?

Scalp Hygiene: You should see a dermatologist, in the meantime applied a shampoo
which will be useful for fungal and bacterial infections.
It also will be useful, if you could have your hair cut Short.

As you have lymph nodes in your neck is quite possible that you have
an ongoing infection, you will require culture and sensitivity of the organism
and started on antibiotics

Supraclavicular: It is very unlikely that stomach cancer would cause enlarged posterior cervical nodes without other symptoms. Even supraclavicular node enlargement as the first sign is distinctly uncommon. If you have concern, see your doctor for an endoscopy.

Neck pain: These are your sub a simple muscles. They can get strand from an accident.  They can become painful from a tension headache.  Lymph nodes do live under these muscles. Possible to have tender lymph nodes making the muscles sore.  These lymph nodes usually associated with viral process.  Take anti-inflammatory.  Re check if not better in week.

Sinus issues: Your symptoms sound as though you have sinus issues and most likely infection. Allergies may also be contributing to your problems. Sinus or other upper respiratory infections can certainly be  a cause of lymphadenopathy in the neck. I would rec you see a medical provider as you may require antibiotics to help eliminate these symptoms. Good luck

Needs follow up.: Cervical lymph nodes (in the neck) are common in children.  They can persist for very long periods of time.  Most important is that your pediatrician knows about them and re-examines them periodically (remind him or her from time to time).  They can be removed surgically or biopsied but this is not usually necessary.
