A lymph node: Biopsy...is probably your next step....it will "settle" your concerns.....A "needle" aspiration may be sufficient!

Normal size: As far as size your lymph nodes ,they seem to be normal. If there is a history of a tick bite and a local rash see your PCP for further tests and possible treatment. In other words I do not see a connection in between Lyme and 2 symmetric lymph nodes. The history is critical in diagnosing Lyme disease.

Calm down: still no news is good news, why jump to conclusions, what you have is common, biopsies are other way of diagnosis, trust your care giver, and deal with the results accordingly, most of the time chronic inflammation is the case, I'll leave it for the pathologist and your doctor to explain, good luck

Significant symptoms: Tick bites can cause very serious diseases and should not be ignored. Get an appointment with your family physician and/or an infectious disease physician NOW!!

Tick bite: Pretty sure it was a tick? Although Lyme disease is often associated with Deer ticks, you could actually even have some other form of bacterial infection. Ask your physician if s/he can do a virtual medical evaluation -so that it can be visualized.

swollen middle finger- 10 days, swollen 2nd toe- 1 day - no injury, elevated sed rate and elevated crp.  all other standard and rheumatoid , gout blood work markers normal.  lyme disease- neg - thoughts?

Osteomyelitis: Two blood cultures and monitor for fever. Start antibiotics after culture. Obtain a MRI.
Infection is one possible cause.

See a hematologist: If the nodes are quite large (not just the pea size ones), you need to consult a hematologist who may obtain a biopsy on the nodes. Does the child appear healthy otherwise?

Possible: It could be possible but when there is swollen lymph with weight loss we want to make sure there is no cancer so you would want this checked out to be safe.

All of the : Labs you quote are normal. The monocytes being elevated shows an active healthy bone marrow. Your lymph nodes filter those vessels that drain areas of your body. You are likely very healthy.
