is it okay to take a break from amoxicillin for lyme disease? the stomach pain is really bothering me.

Consult prescriber: If not already tried then try taking Amoxicillin with food to reduce stomach irritation. If no relief your doctor can review your condition, medication & adverse effects & determine if an alternative is appropriate. You should not have to suffer with stomach pain. Another med may be just as good without adverse effect.

i have red itchy spots randomly all over my legs, stomach & chest. they itch horribly. i do have lyme disease could it be related or other causes?!

Not sure of the: context. Lyme disease is an infection. It can have a rash and would need treatment. Mostly people mean "I think I might have had lyme disease sometime in the past". And the organism would certainly be entirely gone with treatment. While one can have an injury from it, it is less likely to have rash from treated lyme than treated gunshot wound.
THen, inflammations, infections, circulatory issues ..

have upper stomach pain neausea for over 6 years saw several gastro drs, did alot of test, saw several nerve drs did alot of test, found nothing wrong i have in past shingles in head took my eye sight and lyme disease why am i so sick?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Watch for high fever, headache, vomiting, less frequent urination and rash.

What is the question: I don't see a question here. Also I don't see any information about treatment for Lyme, were you given antibiotics. Lyme disease can manifest with acute and chronic signs and symptoms, you should be treated either by an ID specialist or your primary doctor if its comfortable. Blood work testing for lyme can be confusing but sure helps for accurate diagnosis, make sure they test for others.

Titer: There is a blood test called a lyme titer.  This will show different levels of reactivity to see if you body has been exposed in the past.
